Frequently Asked Questions
How will Coronavirus / COVID-19 affect my Wedding?
It is difficult to determin what affect Coronavirus will have on your Wedding, as things are changing day by day and week by week. Nobody knows for sure what measures the Government will be put in place to protect our health and the health of our loved ones and when?
What style of Wedding Photography do you offer?
My style of photography is relaxed, informal and fun allowing me to get the most natural and professional images. I find the documentary style approach to be well suited to weddings as it allows me to capture all the little details of the day without being too intrusive. I like to tell the story of the day as it happens, capturing real moments full of love and joy. I find the best photos are the natural ones. Take a look at my wedding photography portfolio.
How far do you travel?
I am based in Tipton in the West Midlands and I cover all of the Midlands, Warwickshire, Shropshire and beyond. I offer UK wide Wedding Photography and will happily travel to your chosen venue. However, for any travelling beyond a 30 mile radius of Dudley, I would require additional payment to cover costs, which would be agreed with you in writing at the time of booking.
How many photos will we get?
Your Wedding Day is one of the most important day's of your life and every photograph is priceless to you and your family. Every photograph is unique and special. Therefore my aim is to provide you with all fully edited photographs from your day with no limitations on quantity.
When will we receive our photographs?
As a guide I aim for clients to receive their Wedding Photographs no more than 4 weeks after the day, however during the summer months (main wedding season) this can be up to 8 weeks and if this is the case I will keep you fully informed throughout the process. During post-production, I take great care over each and every image to ensure that the final set to be delivered are as good as they possibly can be.
Who owns copyright of the images?
This always remains with the Photographer, which basically means you can't modify, sell or enter the photographs into competitions. But you do have license to print or share the photographs yourself.
When is the final balance due?
The final balance is due 6 weeks prior to your Wedding Day.
How do we book you?
Simply get in touch with me, by phone or email giving me as much information about your Wedding Day as you have at this point. We can discuss your requirements and which Photography Package you are interested in or coverage of the day that you would like. We can have a chat, either online, by phone or in person.
Do you offer Engagement Photography Packages?
I do an Engagement Shoot priced from just £149 depending on your requirements. This can not only be a lot of fun, but an excellent opportunity for us to get to know each other a little more before the big day. Engagement sessions are relaxed and informal, we can head out to a location of your choice and simply take a stroll and capture some great pictures of you both together.
Do we need to pay a deposit and if so how much?
As part of the booking process, I will require a depost to be paid in order to secure the date of you Wedding. The value of the deposit does vary depending on the Photography Package that you choose, but typically range between £50 and £100.
Do you do Albums?
No... I do not produce or provide Wedding Albums, due to the low popularity and the high cost involved.
